Perfect with a glass of milk!

Ingredients

150g soft brown sugar

150g self raising flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 egg

100g chocolate chips (or cooking chocolate chopped up)

75g Kerrygold Softer Butter

5ml/ 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Method

1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl, and mix thoroughly. The mixture should be quite crumbly.

2. Put small teaspoons of the mixture on a lightly greased baking tray.

3. Bake at 180°C for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.

4. Allow to cool on the baking tray for a few minutes, then put them onto a wire rack to cool completely.
