Red Rosa cocktail

Red Rosa cocktail

One of London’s most stylish hotels, The Cavendish London has created a new cocktail, the Red Rosa, to mark the Art of Being British - a one-day street party celebrating all things British.

The Red Rosa has been inspired by Rosa Lewis, the celebrity chef of her time and the hotel’s most famous owner. The cocktail is made with freshly muddled strawberries, grenadine syrup, Cointreau and elderflower cordial. This refreshing beverage has been developed to tantalise the taste buds and transport you to the British countryside.

Warryn Lloyd, the hotel’s bartender says: “In line with the Art of Being British theme, I wanted to come up with a truly patriotic cocktail. This creation not only flies the flag for British produce but with its stunning shade of red, it wouldn’t look out of place on the Union Flag!”
