Winter passion mocktail

• 1tsp sugar
• 1tsp honey
• 100 mls Don Simon Clementine
• Wedge of lime
• Half a passion fruit
• I small piece of vanilla stick (to taste)

Method
Add all the ingredients apart form the vanilla stick, lime and passion fruit to a cocktail shaker and shake! Pour into a chilled tumbler over ice and garnish with the lime wedge and passion fruit. For a fragrant sweet blast add a vanilla stick.
