Scrambled eggs with Smoked Pork Sausage.

1 Mattessons Reduced Fat Smoked Pork Sausage – sliced - £1.42

8 medium eggs - £1.80

60ml milk – 5p

1 tbsp butter – 8p

 

Price per head – 83p

 

  1. Heat the butter in a frying pan, add the smoked sausage and gently fry for 5 minutes.

 

  1. Add the beaten eggs and milk to the pan and gently stir until the eggs are scrambled.

 

Tips: Add thyme for extra flavour. Serve with toasted farmhouse bread.
