Strawberry and Mint Smoothie

Makes:  586 ml or 3 servings

Preparation time:

5 minutes

 

Ingredients:

250g strawberries

250ml very low fat natural yogurt

300ml semi skimmed milk

1 large banana

3 tbsp granular Canderel

10 mint leaves (optional)

    1 tsp vanilla extract

Method:

Wash the strawberries. Remove the stalks and cut each fruit in half.  Peel and slice the bananas into large pieces. Chop the mint leaves finely.

Puree all the ingredients in a blender and then add Canderel.

Serve in a glass garnished with a fresh strawberry.
