Ribs are the perfect food for a summer BBQ and what better way to enjoy the good weather?
They are perfect for sharing and the sweet, sticky flavour will have everyone coming back again and again.
Here’s everything you’ll need to make your own.
1 sachet Grill Mates™ Deep South Brown Sugar marinade
2 racks ribs
3tbsp Tennessee whisky
200ml tomato ketchup
Place 2 racks of ribs into a roasting tin, pour over boiling water then place in a low oven for one hour, remove from the oven and pat the ribs dry with a paper towel.
Combine 1 sachet of Grill Mates™ Deep South Brown Sugar with the oil, whisky and tomato ketchup.
Brush generously over the ribs then cook on the BBQ for 10 -15 minutes until golden, turning occasionally.
Serve up with corn on the cob and a fresh green salad, simply irresistible!
