It's healthier!

It's healthier!

It helps the planet

70% of agricultural land is now being used for livestock and with an increasing number of babies being born every year- the more land and energy will be consumed. Just one Quorn meal each week in place of beef mince would save 12,500 acres of land or for the footballs fans- 7,000 football pitches!

Think of your health

Obesity rates have doubled in the last 20 years in the UK, which can result in heart disease and diabetes. If every family ate Quorn for one meal each week instead of beef mince, as a nation we would save over 370 billion calories. 48% of people said that they would give up one meat meal each week if it meant being healthier and this is proof that it works.  Sir Liam Donaldson, the former government chief medical officer has said that taking Britain’s consumption of animal products down by 30% in the next fifteen years would prevent 18,000 premature deaths a year.

Celebrities are leading the way

Ellie Goulding said “I feel leaner and healthierand we certainly agree that it's woking out well for her!

Ariana Grande who has also converted said “I am a firm believer in eating a full plant-based, whole food diet that can expand your life length and make you an all-around happier person” And it’s not a fad diet like those normally associated with celebrities- it’s just about cutting down and eating more healthily.

You don’t have to give you your favourites

65% of people give up on a diet because it is monotonous and because they cannot enjoy their favourite meals. Quorn have the answer- spaghetti bolognaise- check, chicken stir fry- bring it on, sausages on the barbecue- I’m in!

It’s cheaper

You must admit that meat forms a large proportion of your weekly food bill- and veg- not so much. 32% said that they would give up meat if it meant that they saved money- so what are you waiting for?
