Ingredients:

Fruit Filled Onken Pancakes

  • 100g plain flour
  • 300ml Onken natural yogurt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1tbsp vegetable oil

Method:

1. Set a frying pan over a medium heat and carefully wipe it with some oiled kitchen paper. Once hot, cook your pancakes for 1 min on each side until golden, keeping them warm in a low oven as you go.

2. Put the flour, eggs, natural yogurt and a pinch of salt into a bowl or large jug, then whisk to a smooth batter. Set aside for 30 mins to rest, or start cooking straight away.

3. Add with your favourite berries and serve with an extra dollop of natural yogurt for a breakfast treat.
