Sometimes, you need that cocktail to wow your friends. Essentially a twist on the Negroni but the addition of the sugar and sweetness of the plum bitters make this one more suitable for a slightly sweeter tooth. A great drink to have pre-dinner.
- 35ml Warner Edwards Harrington Sloe Gin
- 10ml Warner Edwards Harrington Dry Gin
- 10ml Campari
- 25ml Fresh pink grapefruit juice
- 3 Dashes of plum bitters (optional)
- 10ml Sugar syrup
Garnish: Pink grapefruit peel.
Glassware: Old fashioned.
Method: Stir all ingredients together and pour over crushed ice.
