Pancake Day Recipes: Green & Black’s Dark Chilli Chocolate Pancakes

For those who like a bit of excitement with their pancake Abra-ca-Debora pancakes and Green & Black’s have created this dark chilli chocolate pancake.

Chilli and chocolate complement each other nicely and the strawberries give this pancake the extra zing.

Here’s how to make yours –

Dark Chilli Chocolate Pancake

Serves: 6

Prep: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

6 Abra-ca-Debora Sweet Dutch Pancakes

2 bars Green & Black’s Dark Spiced Chilli chocolate

1 pack strawberries, quartered

Method:

Break the Green & Black’s Dark Spiced Chilli chocolate into chunks and place them in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave until melted, but check continuously and stir to make sure you don’t overdo it.

Keep the Green & Black’s Dark Spiced Chill chocolate warm while you heat the Abra-ca-Debora pancakes in the microwave.

Plate up the pancakes and pile strawberries on a quarter of each of them. Fold the pancakes in half, and then fold once again into quarters.

Drizzle generously with the melted Green & Black’s Dark Spiced Chilli chocolate. Mmmmm, feel the burn.
