Tasty Snack: Red Pepper and Cheese Skewers with Dip

Snacking doesn’t have to be unhealthy; in fact, it can help give you the little pick me up between lunch and dinner.

This snack from the British Cheese Board is not only great as a small fill-me-up but is also great for bone strength too.

Here’s everything you’ll need and how to make it –

Red Pepper and Cheese Skewers with Dip

Ingredients:

1 Red Pepper

1 Carrot

Cheddar, cubed

Reduced Fat Mayonnaise

0% Greek Yogurt

Fresh Chives

Method:

Chop the red pepper and carrot into medium size chunks and thread on cocktail sticks with 30g cubed Cheddar.

Make the dip by mixing 1tbsp reduced fat mayonnaise and 1tbsp 0% Greek yogurt with plenty of fresh snipped chives.

Put the dip in a ramekin and start dunking!
