The Watermelon Mojito

Ingredients

50ml Bacardi Superior Rum

A sprig of mint

20ml of lime juice

5 watermelon balls, crushed

20ml sugar syrup

30ml soda

Method

Muddle the melon in the bottom of a glass.

Bruise the mint and add it to the glass along with the rum.

Add the lime juice and sugar syrup then top with some crushed ice. Give it a stir then add some more crushed ice to finish.
