Ariana Grande thinks 'Pokemon Go' is "a beautiful thing" that "brings people together all over the world".

The 23-year-old singer is the latest star to join the host of celebrities who have fallen for the wildly successful Nintendo smartphone game and she has been sharing her love of the pocket monsters on social media.

Ariana posted a picture of a group of Pokemon players with the caption: "A beautiful thing. Pokemon bringing people together all over the world."

Then she quipped: " Even though nobody's speaking to one another / everyone is walking into poles (sic)."

The 'Bang Bang' hitmaker has been keep fans up to date with her progress on the game, and celebrating when she caught Pikachu, posting: "Got eem (sic)"

The pop star even superimposed her own face on the cute Pikachu character, and wrote: "*drops mic* gnight (sic)"

Her new found passion is not shared by contemporary Rihanna, 28, whose fans got a telling off at her concert in France on Saturday (23.07.16) for using their phones whilst at the gig.

She warned the crowd: "I don't want to see you texting your boyfriends or your girlfriends. I don't want to see you catching any Pokémons up in this b**ch."

However, it seems Rihanna is in the minority as stars like Justin Bieber, Jimmy Fallon, Wiz Khalifa, Ellen DeGeneres and John Mayer are all hooked to the phenomenally successful smash hit.
