With Entertainment Weekly showing the first look of Batgirl in action in an exclusive picture earlier this week, WB Games have now released the official trailer for Arkham Asylum's new Batgirl: A Matter of Family season pass story content.
Allowing players for the first time to take on the role of Batgirl in the Arkham franchise, dual play will also be available, with gamers able to switch between the heroine and Robin in-game.
Taking place before the events of the Arkham trilogy, The Joker has kidnapped Commissioner Gordon, holding him hostage at the Seagate Amusement Park and turning the entire place into a death trap.
Fighting against the odds, the pair must avoud falling victim to his sinister plan, combining Batgirl's combat with her hacking abilities to solve puzzles and take down those who stand in her way.
Batgirl: A Matter of Family will be available from July 14 for fans who have purchased the Batman: Arkham Knight season pass. Those who haven't can purchase the content separately for £5.79 from July 21.
