A YouTuber has replaced 'Dark Souls 3' textures with Nicolas Cage.

After originally replacing every texture in the game with crabs, Limit Breakers took a vote and asked fans for suggestions, with actor Nicolas Cage among the winning choices, alongside cartoon character Shrek.

A texture in game terms refers to the visual quality of a surface and players of 'Dark Souls 3' can now see Nicolas in the background while playing.

Limit Breakers YouTube channel describes himself as: "Just some guy who likes taking dumb ideas to the limit, WERE GONNA MAKE IT OR BREAK IT! So funny builds, useless data and silly challenges and such (sic)."

This comes after a new modification in 'Left 4 Dead 2' replaced most of the graffiti with Jaden Smith quotes.

Bizarre philosophical tweets from the 17-year-old son of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith including "School is the tool to brainwash the youth" and "How can mirrors be real if our eyes aren't real?" can now be seen on walls throughout the game.

Mod creator Molkifier explained that the update "replaces almost all the safehouse graffiti with the musings of Twitter-Philosopher Jaden Smith. Prepare to be enlightened by his juvenile genius!"

This isn't the only game that Jaden features in; when gamers die in 'No Man's Sky', they often see one of his motivational quotes.
