Fans of Call of Duty all over the world are getting their game on today, as the beta for Black Ops 3 goes live. But just how do you get involved in the action and put your skills to the test in the latest title the franchise has to offer? There are a few ways to gain access, but remember - beta is only currently open to players on PlayStation 4. Xbox One and PC beta goes live from August 26.

Pre-ordering in-store

Some participating stores are giving away beta keys to those who pre-order the game, which you can use on the official website.

Pre-ordering digitally

Pre-ordering the digital version of the game on Xbox Live, PSN or Steam will also automatically give you access, allowing you to download and start playing the beta as soon as it's live.

Being an O2 Priority customer

O2 customers are being treated to limited batches of free access to the BO3 multiplayer beta, with the O2 Priority mobile app giving away a select number of codes on a daily basis through its Entertainment section.

Giveaways

Many websites are giving away beta codes, but some are restricted to certain regions. A simple Google should bring up sweepstakes and competitions, so if you're feeling lucky go forth and enter!
