'LEGO Worlds' is set to launch on PS4, Xbox One and Steam on February 24 in the UK.
The sandbox game, developed by Traveller's Tales and published by Warner Bros., has been available on Steam Early Access since June 2015, where prospective players have been able to buy the game for £11.99.
Jonathan Smith - Head of Production, TT Games, one of the publishers - said: "In 'LEGO Worlds', players will go on an exciting journey to become a Master Builder, in an open-world made completely of LEGO-built environments.
"Whether customising characters, exploring in vehicles, building structures, or discovering an expansive range of items, characters and creatures throughout the worlds, there's the freedom to create anything imaginable."
Meanwhile, David Haddad, President of Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, said 'LEGO Worlds' expands the LEGO videogame franchise "with a new experience that embodies all the fun of physical LEGO(r) brick building".
He said: "TT Games has created an expansive, digital universe that combines unlimited creativity with the LEGO humour that fans love."
Niels Jorgensen, the vice-president of Digital Games for The LEGO Group, said that the soon-to-be-released game marked new territory for the franchise.
He said: "We are excited to bring our physical and digital play models closer together and know it will resonate with our core audience - and engage new ones.
"We believe LEGO Worlds has the potential to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow through its experience of open-ended creative play."
