Following a leak on FaceBook earlier this week, PlayStation decided to end the speculation surrounding the PS Plus by confirming the details, which includes four PS4 games and PS3 titles, while there's also the first ever inclusion for PSVR.

Among the titles included in the September line-up are 'Child of Light', 'inFamous Second Son' and 'We Are Doomed', while PlayStation has also revealed a trailer previewing some of the games.

PlayStation Plus membership is poised to increase from the end of August, going from £39.99 to £49.99, while quarterly prices will rise from £14.99 to £19.99.

On the other hand, monthly prices will go up from £5.99 to £6.99.

In relation to the price rises, the gaming giant recently said: "As you are an existing member, this means that all recurring subscription fees payable by you on or after 31 August 2017 will be charged at the new price."

And the firm added: "If you want to prevent your PlayStation Plus membership continuing at the new price, you will need to cancel it.

"Turn OFF 'auto-renew' in your account settings at least 48 hours before your next payment on or after 31 August 2017 is due."
