A second downloadable themed content pack for 'LEGO Worlds' is set to be released this year.

The Monsters Pack adds Monster Town, a place full a scary quests, creatures and haunted houses, where Halloween is celebrated every day of the year.

However, the task is to stop zombies who are taking their trick-or-treating too seriously and players need to use their LEGO brick building skills to repair the damage and to stop them with tricks of their own.

The new content pack was announced by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, TT Games and The LEGO Group and the game is set for release this October ahead of Halloween for just £3.29 on PlayStation4 and £3.19 for Xbox One.

Currently the game, which is a amalgamation of imaginative worlds in the LEGO universe, is available for PlayStation 4, PC, Xbox One and STEAM.

However, it was also revealed that LEGO Worlds will be released on the Nintendo Switch in September and is already available for pre-order.

The physical version of the game is priced at £34.99 which includes two bonus packs of premium DLC, including Classic Space, which was released in July, and the new Monsters pack.

Fans of the game can purchase a digital version for just £24.99 which includes the base game with the downloads available on the eShop.

Both premium DLC packs will be available on all other platforms.

The LEGO franchise has had much success over the years with the release of the hit movie 'The LEGO Movie', a 'LEGO Batman' film and the popular 'Ninjago' TV series, as well as a number of game franchises based off popular films such as 'Star Wars', 'Lord of the Rings' and 'Indiana Jones'.
