In a hilarious recent video from the React channel on YouTube, elderly people can be seen competing against one another as they play Mario Kart 8 for the very first time.
"I was going to visit somebody!" laughs one of the players as their character flies off the road.
When three mushrooms are flying around another player, he says: "I don't know what these balls are doing here."
One of the female players seems perplexed that there are no guns in the game, whilst another laughs at how "cool" it is to be underwater whilst racing.
Watching some of the players move their arms along with their controllers makes for great viewing, as the elders look confused throughout their sessions.
When all is said and done just one elder is left remaining, taking home the title from the three finalists despite finishing in 10th place, out of 12 competitors.
