Now that the festive season is officially over and the post Christmas blues are starting to kick in, there's currently only one thing on everyone's mind - getting skinny, er, sorry, fit!
Being January, it's far too cold to go out, obviously, so what's a girl to do?
Well if you don't fancy going down the gym and showing off your very own overindulged Xmas spread then there are currently squillions of celebrity fitness DVDs to choose from to get you in the workout mood all in the comfort of your own living room.
Luckily things have come a long way since 80s fitness guru Jayne Fonda revolutionised the home workout in her spandex leotards and pink legwarmers. Now every 'celebrity' and ex- reality show contestant worth their tiny hot-pants are getting in on the act.
Health researchers say they might not get you all that fit, but were sure they'll certainly give you a laugh. So which celeb body do you want? Femalefirst takes a look at four of the best celebrity fitness regimes on offer.
Coleen McLoughlin's: Brand New Body Workout
One can't help but notice that since the future Ms Rooney has been gaining more media attention, the more pounds she is shifting and judging from this workout it's not just from all that shopping.
Coleen's first attempt at a fitness DVD is a total body workout that, of course promises to give you a body like hers. It includes warm-up and stretching, high intensive cardio work with a little boxing thrown in, abdominal work and a core conditioning section otherwise known as Pilates.
Coleen also talks about some of the challenges she has recently faced since becoming the future Ms Rooney, but unfortunately the man himself doesn't make a guest appearance.
Buy this if: You want a decent workout that actually makes you break a sweat or aspire to become a footballer's wife.
The Jordan Workout
After the birth of her second child Junior, yummy mummy and pink princess Jordan ditched the burgers, convinced herself that salad was not 'rabbit food' and embarked on a strict exercise and healthy eating regime in order to get her pre-baby figure back.
While trainer Richard Callender gives breathing and safety tips and basically takes control of the workout, Jordan crunches and punches along while trying to keep those breasts of hers in check. The Jordan Workout includes; the calorie burning cardio workout the Pulsator, the resistance routine Push it and the abb worker Hard Core. Surely she must have gotten some tips from that husband of hers for that one?
After the workout Jordan is joined by nutritional expert Jason Vale who tells all about the joys of juicing.
Buy this if: You want to want a fun workout or fancy yourself a bit of a Jordan but can't afford the boobs.
Jayne Middlemiss: Love Yoga

The workout is designed to give you a toned, shaped and sculptured body to get ready for the bikini wearing summer months ahead. There are two different workout levels for beginners and advanced and everything from breathing right to posture is explained so you don't get those legs stuck behind your head!
There is also a cooling down and relaxation section after the workout.

Davina: My Three 30 Minute Workouts
Britain's favourite female presenter Davina McCall takes time off from presenting BB in her bikini to share some of her fitness secrets with her second workout DVD.
Davina says, "Did you know that working out to your maximum capacity for just 30 minutes can be more effective than a full hour spent working less efficiently?" Don't know about you but she's won me over already.
The three 30 minute workout does exactly what it says on the label. It is made up of three 30 minute sections that works on different parts of the body. There's Pump It, which works the major muscle groups. Cardio Box which is an intensive fat burning workout that includes some boxing moves and Core Stability which focuses on 'posture, poise and balance.'
The DVD also has special features which include Davina's Ten Quick Easy Meals, Big Brother behind the scenes moments and that infamous Sam interview that Davina did in her bikini.
