Wimbeldon fever continues this week, so why not join in and make like Federer and co. using the sport as a great way to tone up.

Tennis is one of the best sports for stamina, body conditioning, developing toned muscles, flexibilty and honing your reactions with those high-speed serves.

If you're using the sport to lose weight don't forget to cut back on the cream that you usually drip all over your strawberries.
