Jillian Michaels is a well-known US trainer and it’s for a good reason, she works your body hard and for that you get amazing fitness results.

Her 30 Day Shred DVD literally changed my attitude to fitness and exercise and taught me so much about weight loss and muscle toning, it’s still something I go back to time-and-time again that I know will work my whole body and give me a great workout.

This new workout adds extra weight to her hard-core circuit training techniques for a total body workout designed to burn maximum fat.

The regime is designed for use with a kettlebell, but don’t worry if you don’t have one of them, a single hand weight will work just as good.
