Friends most likely to be jealous of your weight loss...

A new survey reveals that jealous friends sabotage the slimming efforts of others.

A study carried out with 2,500 women for FULLfast found that 50% of female dieters feel that their friend was the most likely to get jealous of their weight loss success.

Scots have come out on top of the temptations poll with 42% saying that they find they are offered snacks by pals.

Over a third even admitted that their recent weight loss was hindered by mates diliberately trying to break their willpower and sabotage their efforts.

Even more staggering 7% of women have even said that they have fallen out with a good friend post weight loss as they were simply too jealous of their new svelte shape.

A FULLfast spokesperson commented: "It’s sad that women get jealous of their friends weight loss success, but so many women can’t bear to see someone else doing well when they are struggling to shift the pounds.

"That’s why FULLfast appetite control spray works well, as it means that, even if your friends are trying to tempt you, you don’t have to rely on just your willpower alone."

It would even seem that your green eyed friends are prepared to undo your hard work at all costs by tempting you with fatty and sugary snacks to help you back on the slippery slope of weight gain.

Scots have come out on top of the temptations poll with 42% saying that they find they are offered snacks by pals.

Not only are problems put in the way of your dieting by friends, but by partners too. The trick to them sabotaging your good efforts is by piling up on your plate portions. This is followed closely by colleagues and sisters, who want you to put back on the weight if they struggle to keep it off.

So let this be a lesson to all you dieting pros out there. It's one thing to keep your eyes off the pies and on the prize, but another to keep them on what your nearest and dearest may be up to!
