Two women have paid the price for wanting a celebrity body after injections to give them a Jennifer Lopez style bum went wrong, The Mirror reports.
The two American women who were in their 30s, were treated by a fake doctor, who has since turned herself into the Police. They were told they were been injected with a silicone substance called Hydrogel, Police believe it was an industrial solvent.
One of the women suffered kidney failure and the other collapsed after her internal organs stopped working. A friend told The Mirror: "They wanted their backsides to look more like Jennifer Lopez's."
The fake doctor charged one woman £350 for 40 injections and the other around £175 for 20 injections.
Jennifer is known for her gorgeous curves and many women would love a figure like hers but this story will surely make women think twice about turning to surgery in order to emulate celebrities looks.
