John Galliano’s New Diffusion Range

John Galliano is launching his new diffusion range in July.

The talented designer revealed that the new collection will be around 40% less than his ready to wear range.

He told WWD:" I’ve had the jeans and people have been receptive, but the process have been prohibitive. We’ll be addressing the existing customer and a new customer, too."

The 300 piece range which includes, denim, sportswear and swimwear will be sold under the Galliano label in 500 outlets worldwide.

The designer hasn’t ruled out the prospect of free standing boutiques, but said he wanted to take his time due to work commitments.

He added:" I’m practically doing a show every four weeks. I don’t think I need to rush into it. It’s been a lot of work."
