Michelle Williams's Film Role Make Under

Michelle Williams has told how her beauty regime took a back seat while she was filming her latest product and she did not even wash her hair.

Michelle plays the dowdy Wendy character in Wendy and Lucy and decided to really get into the role by letting herself go.

Michelle told Oli: "I don't wash my hair or shave my legs or whatever... (laughs) but I was living in Oregon so it kind of fitted the scene. I did shower though. It's not such a big sacrifice to not wash your hair and I knew the movie wasn't going to be a hair and make-up spectacular, so it didn't really bother me."

She added that she dyed her blonde hair dark for the role to look plainer: "I just wanted to look like somebody who doesn't get their hair styled. And I think it's also easier to feel more 'stealthy' less visible, with darker hair."

The worst thing about this is we're sure Michelle still looked gorgeous, unwashed hair and all!
