“A minimal season with bold accents,” says Pat McGrath, Global Creative Director for Max Factor on one of this summer’s key beauty looks.
“Bold Minimalism is about the detail,” she continues, “this can be light reflecting sequins, cherry red lips or a pop of block colour across the eyes.”
The season it’s about being clever with neon accents, “they’re all about just one thing; one ‘hit’ to make a graphic or linear statement.”
Think lucent oranges, pinks and yellows, teal Blue and flashes of fuchsia pink. Clash away with lolly pink nails with a flash of orange, or create a statement neon lip.
