Save: St Ives Apricot Scrub

Something I liked about this product was the variety you had to choose from. It comes in Invigorating, Gentle, Blemish Fight and Renew & Firm so there is one to suit everyone’s needs. I tested the Blemish Fighting one is it looked to be perfect for my skin, and it definitely was. It was jam packed with exfoliating beads which was something I liked because I felt that they really were lifting the dirt out of my skin and unclogging my pores. The smell was delightful and because it’s an oil-free formula, my skin remained matte after using it so that was an added bonus! It made my skin super smooth and brightened my complexion instantly. I wouldn’t have minded paying a little extra for this product because I loved it so much, but you needn't worry about budget because this little beauty can be yours for £3.99!

Splurge: Elemis Freshskin Skin Glow Exfoliating Face Wash

Firstly, this product smelled amazing! As soon as you popped the lid open this burst of citrus fruits hit you straight away and I couldn’t wait to get it on my face. Sadly, I was a little let down. There was nowhere near the same amount of exfoliating beads in this as there was in the St Ives scrub, so I didn’t feel as though it was exfoliating as thoroughly. However, my skin was left feeling soft but didn’t have the radiant look I was hoping for. I really wanted to love this product and I feel like if they had put more beads into it, I could have done. If only I could combine the two products to create the perfect scrub! Get your Elemis Freshskin scrub for £12.
