Sean Coombs long waited womanswear line is to be launched after several delays.

The hip hop mogul and fashion designer is launching a selection of the range for the summer Combs cancelled the collection three times just to get the right clothes and accessories, as he did not want to let women down with the line.

He wants the collection to be for women with a bit of an edge and not too sexy that women feel uncomfortable with the clothes.

He told Woman wear daily:'We want to bring a bit of an edge, but we're not afraid to be sophisticated.

Sean is for the girl who, when she leaves the house in the morning for work, may have a date after and the night might continue on so that's she's having drinks at the lounge. We have pieces that look beautiful in the morning, but as the sun goes down, the clothes start to look sexier.'

At the moment there are no advertising plans in place but for Combs it reflects another side of his character. He added:'When I design for men, I design under the personality of Sean John. When I'm doing this line, its part of my personality. It's been very intimate and romantic to please women.'
