Summer is the time of the year that we’re all supposed to look forward to the most, but for many of us it has us breaking into a cold (or more likely hot) sweat as we worry about months of trying to cover up underarm wet patches and embarrassing odours.

If you’re one of the millions of British men who lose their cool when the temperature rises, then you’re already no doubt desperately searching for some way of banishing the perspiration problem before the heat really hits.

But what if you’ve tried everything to no avail? Surely you won’t have to sweat it out for another year, secretly wishing winter would hurry up and arrive?

Don’t despair as help is at hand thanks to sports scientist Professor Greg Whyte. Professor Greg has watched celebrities like Chris Moyles and Eddie Izzard sweat it out all over the world and he’s teamed up with Right Guard Xtreme to give you his top tips for keeping the pong and patches at bay.

In the following video he talks you through his fail-safe methods for enjoying summer without the sweat.
