Rouge Louboutin will be available August 14
The Christian Louboutin Beauté collection will launch at a pop-up at Selfridges London on August 14, marking their first foray into the world of beauty, with more colours to follow.
The first nail colour, Rouge Louboutin, is the signature red which the designer adorns each of the soles of his shoes in.
The pop-up will retail Rouge Louboutin within a dedicated beauty space, giving the customers the opportunity to immerse themselves into the creative process behind the unique unveiling of the beauty story, as the different angles and shapes of the bottle are re-imagined in a mysterious city landscape.
30 additional colours will then launch exclusively on August 25 at Selfridges. All inspired by the iconic Louboutin shoes, the colours are grouped in three families of 10: The Pops, The Noirs and The Nudes.
The Pops
Nothing allows bright colours to stand out more than the silver cap. These shades certainly pack a punch and will look gorgeous with your summer tan.
The Nudes
Named after a recent capsule collection of the same name, the rose gold cap emphasises the varying nude tones and will look gorgeous on your dressing table. From vanilla to chocolates, to soft pinks and khakis.
The Noirs
Made up of blacks, intense blues, dark browns and greens, Christian chose a gunmetal cap to best showcase these deep tones.
The Christian Louboutin beauty space will be in store from August 14 – September 4.
Christian Louboutin Beauté Noirs, Nudes and Pops will be available exclusively from Selfridges and Selfridges.com 25-31 August. Christian Louboutin Beauté Noirs, Nudes and Pops launch in Christian Louboutin Boutiques on August 26. Each varnish will be priced at £36.
