Steal Cara's hairstyle with these tips

Last night the fashion world descended on London for the Topshop x Kate Moss dinner at The Connaught Hotel to celebrate the launch of the supermodel‘s latest new collection.

Luke Hersheson was on speed dial for Kate’s guests and created three stunning hair looks for Sienna Miller, Suki Waterhouse and Cara Delevingne. Here’s the lowdown on each A-list look…

Sienna Miller

Sienna wore an undone of the 90s inspired ‘Super Straight’ with a disheveled finish to give a modern look.

To achieve this look, Luke gave Sienna a double shampoo using Kerastase Cristallite Bain Fine (£14.99) and applied Kerastase Couture Styling Mousse Bouffant (£16.99) to wet hair before rough drying until 80% dry. He used Hershesons Ceramic Ionic Brush #2 (£30)to finish the blow dry and build volume at the roots as well as adding shine.

Once hair was dried, Luke ran over pieces of Sienna’s hair with Hershesons Titanium Ionic Professional Straighteners (£98) for a super sleek finish and finished with a final mist of Kerastase Spray a Porter (£24) and softly back brushing the hair with Hershesons Mixed Bristle Oval Cushion Brush (£24)

Suki Waterhouse

Suki arrived fresh off the Eurostar and had no time for a full restyle.  Luke tackled this by giving Suki a version of the classic Hershesons 15 minute blowdry and a deep side parting – channelling a modern day Debbie Harry.

Luke sprayed Hersheson’s Batiste Dry Shampoo throughout the hair to refresh and revive. Using an Ionic brush to ‘dry’ the front section of the hair, he lifted at the part and then took sections of the hair individually, tonging with Hershesons Tournaline Waving Wand (£98) backbrushing with a Mixed Bristle Brush (£24) and spraying with more Kerastase Spray a Porter (£24)for an undone matt looking lived in wave.

Cara Delevingne

Cara went for a version of the Hershesons ‘Ragabilly’, the most current way to wear an updo. Luke created three braids – two at the bottom back third section of the hair at either side and one just above the ears. Luke took the braid above the ears and sectioned around the face to create a ‘hairband’ from the braid.

Thread the further 2 braids in amongst the remainder of the hair and place into a high ponytail, securing with a snagless hairband. Then wrap the pony around itself creating a high bun, with both braids weaved in. secure with grips and spritz with hairspray.
