These beauty tips will never date and should be something you practice regularly

Beauty tips are often shared, but these beauty tips are timeless and will certainly stand the test of time.

Jill Zander of the Jill Zander Skin Rejuvenation Clinic share her timeless beauty tips, the anti-ageing tips she gave her daughter and the must-have skincare ingredients you need to be using in your routine.

· Cleanse regularly 2 x per day and use a SPF.

· Use the very best cosmeceutical products you can afford.

· Get into the habit of exfoliating your skin on a twice weekly basis followed by micro needling using a good growth factor serum such as the one from Aestheticare which combines snail slime serum. Then follow with a deeply hydrating transdermal nano mask.

· Good sleep is vital to any beauty regime and if you have problems sleeping - 5HTp from the health shop does wonders to promote a deep, restful sleep.

· Inflammation and dehydration accelerate ageing - so always use an antioxidant to fight free radicals first before you apply your moisturiser and sun block.

· Drink 1 1/2 litres of water a day and a good hyaluronic serum should follow your antioxidant serum. Hyaluronic acid can hold and bind up to over 1000 times its own weight in moisture.

· Walk briskly for 30 minutes every day - yoga and Pilates are excellent too.

· Keep your mind focused and energised by reading up on your favourite topics or authors.

Jill’s Top Anti-Ageing Advice to her Daughter

1. Always stay and think positive - never let life's traumas make you a bitter person.

2. Eat a healthy, well balanced diet and be advised of the best supplements to take.

3. Get enough sleep as the body repairs and balances itself whilst you sleep.

4. Exercise at least 3 times per week.

5. Your skin care routine should always include an exfoliating cleanser, retinol, antioxidant serum, hyaluronic acid serum and a good SPF.  I also recommend masking regularly – both masks help to refine the texture of the skin and masks that deeply moisturise.
