Alexa Chung is to front a new campaign for DKNY jeans.
The British model-and-TV-presenter will appear in adverts for the label's Autumn/Winter 09 collection, taking over from model Daisy Lowe who starred in the Spring/Summer 09 campaign.
ELLEuk.com reports: "DKYNY jeans told us that Alexa was chosen because her style epitomises that of the DKNY Jeans girl, while landing this contract came as a direct result of her recent move to the U.S. - a career move that has also seen her status as a world wide style icon sky rocket."

Actress-and-singer Hilary Duff, 21, will front a US campaign.
Photographer Scott Schuman took the shots, will are due to debut in August when the new range becomes available.
Alexa, 25, was discovered by Storm Model Management at a musical festival when she was 16.
She appeared in a host of magazines - including CosmoGIRL! - but decided to quite the industry after four years.
She then became a TV presenter, but did occasional modeling work - including for Vivienne Westwood Red Label at London Fashion Week last September.
Alexa moved to America last April, where she presents MTV's 'It's On with Alexa Chung'.
