'True Blood' actress Anna Paquin has an ''easy-going'' attitude towards diet and fitness, as she loves to exercise, according to her personal trainer.

She is also an incredible athlete who can run ten miles a day, box for over an hour and then do Pilates - all before 11am

The 'True Blood' actress - who has to reveal all in steamy scenes for the US drama - finds it easy to maintain her trim and toned physique, as according to her personal trainer, she loves exercise and is an incredible athlete.

Clay Burwell, owner of High Performance NYC Gym, explained: "Anna is a very easy going, fun person to be around. She is also an incredible athlete who can run ten miles a day, box for over an hour and then do Pilates - all before 11am. She loves exercise, and to her, it's just fun."

The former child actress - who won an Oscar aged just 11 for her role in 'The Piano' - recently admitted she doesn't mind baring all on 'True Blood', but understands it must be difficult for people to stop thinking of her as a young girl.

She said: "It's been a gradual evolution for me. It's probably weird for people to watch it and if they have this image of me as a sweet little child, but it's not weird for me. My wardrobe is awesome. I'm practically naked the entire time - what's not to love?"
