Audrina Patridge ''can't believe'' she managed to land a modelling job as the face of Bongo jeans.

Audrina Patridge still can't believe she's the new face of Bongo jeans.

The 'Hills' star is thrilled to have landed a contract with the "revamped" denim brand and admits her mother is delighted to see her daughter fronting the clothes she used to wear in the 80s.

Audrina told BANG Showbiz: "I'm going to be a Bongo girl. I'm really excited, I can't believe it. It's such an iconic brand, and has been since the 80s. When I told my mother she was so excited, because she used to wear their jeans when she was growing up. She's so proud. Now they have revamped the entire line, and not only do they have jeans but they have dresses, hats, accessories, shoes, everything.

When they called, I couldn't believe it. I was like, 'I'm going to be a Bongo girl.' I was ever so excited.

The 25-year-old beauty is so enthusiastic about her new role, she has even come up with a novel idea for their advertising campaign.

She joked: "People keep asking me if I play the bongos. I'm like, 'I don't play the Bongos, I'm the Bongo girl!' Actually, that's a good idea. Maybe I'll pitch it to them for an advert."

The final episode of 'The Hills' will air on MTV UK on Sunday 15th August 9pm. 'The Hills' Season 5 box set is out now.'
