Beyonce's fashion Masterpieces
Beyonce Knowles said she aims to create fashion masterpieces with her House of Dereon collection.
The Bootylicious singer launched her new range this year with her mother in a licensing deal with Tarrant Apparel Group. Her mother Tina has designed all of Destiny Child's glamorous stage outfits.
She said: "The whole theme is taking nothing and turning it into something because that is what my grandmother did with all kinds of fabrics. She just turned into masterpieces, and that's what my mother does."
The fashion label was inspired by the singer's late grandmother seamstress Agnes Dereon.
The 'affordable couture' line features sportswear, denim, ready to wear, handbags and footwear.
