Charlize Theron has designed a pair of shoes for charity.
The 'Hancock' actress has teamed up with TOMS shoes to create unisex slip-on canvas sneakers embellished with an image of an African baobab tree which will be sold to benefit her Charlize Theron Africa Outreach Project.
In addition, 10,000 pairs will be given to children living in remote communities in her home country of South Africa.
She said: I'm thrilled to have TOMS Shoes as a partner. We are so grateful for their generous donation of shoes to the students we work with. It's exciting that we're able to come together in such a cool and creative way to bring attention to the needs of many South African youth."
Earlier this month, Charlize began distributing the footwear herself in the KwaZulu-Natal Province.
Her Africa Outreach Project is dedicated to improving the health, education and social development of high school students in her home country.
The eco-friendly shoes retail at $54 and can be purchased only at TOMSshoes.com.
