Julien MacDonald thinks Cheryl Cole is a "pleasure" to dress.
The prestigious fashion designer has praised the Girls Aloud singer for her stylish dress-sense and says the brunette beauty is a joy to work with.
He said: "I've been working with Cheryl for a long time, she's attended my shows and we've formed a friendship. She's an amazing style ambassador - a working, modern, down-to-earth woman. It's a pleasure to dress her.

"I never know what she's going to wear until I see it on screen. She is her own stylist and controls what she wears. She's a beautiful woman and always looks amazing. She's a joy to dress."
Cheryl and Julien first became close when the Welsh designer styled the girl band for their past tours.
More recently, the designer - who has succeeded Alexander McQueen as chief designer at the Paris Haute Couture house of Givenchy - dressed the British songstress for her live performance on 'The X Factor' last weekend.
Cheryl - who is a judge on the UK talent show - wore a sexy red and black, military-inspired ensemble complete with matching hat when she sang on Sunday (18.10.09).
Julien explained to Vogue.com: "The first time she put the outfit on I screamed and said 'You look amazing!' and she was jumping up and down and loved it. She wanted a hard military look but wanted it to be current and have a dance energy. It was taken from things she loves - she does a lot of dance so upbeat tracksuit pants with a slash - so that when she's dancing her legs flash through which is a bit cheeky. Underneath is one of my new swimwear pieces. She liked the idea of athletic and swimwear together and then the military jacket with exaggerated shoulders to give a fashion shoulder."
