Clare Waight Keller has been named as the new creative director at Chloe.
The designer - who quit her role at Pringle of Scotland earlier this year for "personal reasons" - will take over at the French fashion house on June 1, replacing current creative director Hannah MacGibbon.
Clare said: "I am thrilled to be joining one of the most prestigious design houses in Paris. Chloe is a brand that conveys a beautiful sense of effortless femininity and vivacious sophistication that I look forward to continuing into the next era."
Chloe CEO Geoffroy de la Bourdonnaye said of Hannah's time at the label: "We are grateful to Hannah for her contribution and commitment to Chloe. Her considerable talents will be missed; we are proud to count Hannah among the hall of fame of great designers who have marked the history of Chloe since 1952. I wish Hannah well in her new projects."
Hannah added: "I will always have a deep affection for Chloe and am very grateful to the company for having given me this opportunity."
Clare - who is pregnant with her third child - announced her resignation earlier this year after being at the label since 2005.
She said: "It's a sad moment - but the perfect time to close my era at Pringle. I leave incredibly proud of Pringle's growth from a Scottish knitwear company to an international luxury brand. And to a certain extent, this move is for personal reasons."
