Dubai Hotel Launch Fashion

As we told you earlier the stars came out to shine at last night's grand opening of The Palm Resort in Dubai, including Kylie Minogue, Charlize Theron and Daisy Lowe and now we bring you our fashion winners and losers of the night.

Charlize Theron looked stunning in this white Grecian gown. The halterneck frame emphasises her slim frame and the floor length style is perfect for the formal occasion.

We love how she has used gold accessories against the white dress.The stack of bangles adds to the look and she has pulled her hair back to emphasise those great chandelier earrings.

The only issue we have is with her shoes. the black flip flops don't work with the glamorous look from above the knee.

Another celebrity working the white trend was designer Jade Jagger.

The tiered dress was transformed into something different with the gold spot detail on the bust and sleeves and the asymmetric cut of the skirt, short at the front, long at the back.

Jade's outfit was a little more dressed down that Charlize's with beaded jewellery but she gets away with it. Also, did Jade read our article on Madonna's fashion inspiration yesterday, as her necklace is very 1980's Madonnaesque!

Over on our worst dressed list, we hate to say it but it's the lovely Kylie Minogue.

We are Kylie's biggest fans at Female First but we are not big fans of this floral dress. The pink on black colour combination makes Kylie look a bit washed out.

The frilly fishtail skirt is a bit too flamenco dancer-ish for our tastes. Never mind Kylie, at least you've got the £5million you earned from your 45 minute set to console you!
