Purveyors and supporters of worldwide live talent, The Great Escape is delighted to announce the last acts to be added to the already extensive 300+ live acts performing at over 30 Brighton venues over May 13th - 15th.

As well as this, The Great Escape has also unveiled full details of the International artists and showcases playing over the 3-day music festival and convention making it a true epicentre for global new music talent in 2010. Further updates on ticket exchanging, the live text service and a new priority access ticket pass have also been announced with full details below.

The first act joining the bill is the heart-wrenching cinematic folk duo Angus and Julia Stone. The brother and sister act washed up from the shores of Australia have a number one album in their homeland and an undeniable charm, so be sure to catch the pair's heavy-hearted and affecting acoustic music for the soul.

One of the youngest acts to grace the line-up, the prodigious Grime MC Tinie Tempah will be making his way to Brighton after his phenomenal rise to fame following the number one hit 'Pass Out'.

Tinie has seen a exceptional rise to fame in a very short space of time, fuelled by word of mouth and underground support, and is just one example of the must-see raw talent typical of The Great Escape's many talented acts. Indian fused Britpop stalwarts Cornershop will also take to the stage.

At a completely different end of the festival's vast musical spectrum are the synth driven math core Sheffielders Rolo Tomassi and Leeds' Pulled Apart By Horses who have won the stern hearts of the British press who have showered them with accolades like 'surely the greatest live band in Britain' from The Observer.

On an electronic tip, BBC Radio One 'In New DJs We Trust' boy wonder Alex Metric will be bringing his bass bin rattling live show to The Great Escape; expect earth shattering beats mashed alongside his latest remixes of the current cream of the electro-indie crop.

A group that permeate the ever blurry divide between electronica and indie Silver Columns, Welsh three piece The Joy Formidable, Icelandic pop duo Feldberg and Mercury Award nominated The Invisible also join the bill.

And last but certainly not least, Eli 'Paperboy' Reed and The True Loves are guaranteed to win over the hearts of true R&B admirers with their take on 60's soul and they are joined by their latest tour support act and ones to watch Harper Simon.
