Eva Longoria-Parker loves dressing up.

The 'Desperate Housewives' star - who is often regarded as one the world's most beautiful women - says she feels at her best when she has made an effort with her appearance and making the most of what she's got.

She said: "I love being a woman. I love wearing dresses and make-up. I love being and feeling sexy. And the best thing about being a woman is that we can do it all!"

The brunette beauty says she maintain her looks by having facials and undergoing regular exercise.

Talking about her skin and figure, she said: "I am big into facials. But it's a lot of things. It's attitude, exercise, maintenance and being aware of what works for you. And to release stress, I am into massages which just do wonders.

"I am naturally athletic. I've been involved in sports since I could walk. So it's mostly weight training or kick-boxing. I have this amazing high for adrenaline. It agrees with me. Your body is a vehicle and you have to take care of that vehicle."
