Isla Fisher is slowly making a name for herself on the acting circuit. With comedy hits such as Wedding Crashers and family films like Scooby Doo under her belt, the girl has come a long way from her Home and Away Days.
She was most recently seen in a romantic comedy Definitely, Maybe with the hunky Ryan Reynolds and will be appearing in the upcoming movie, Confessions of a Shopaholic.
Now here's where we get really excited, because it features fashion names, clothes and designers to the equivalent of The Devil Wears Prada.
The movie, which is based the a bestselling book of the same name, features Isla in the lead role of Rebecca Bloomwood, who has, to put it mildly a shopping addiction. The poor girl struggles to keep a grip on her spending as her debts mount with all her fashion purchases, until she meets the boy of her dreams.. ahh, that old chestnut.
But we think that this film could really cement Isla as a household name, like Prada did for Anne Hathaway. So here are some stills of Isla in action in her new movie, we're lusting after the Henri Bendel bags already.
With at least five other books for them to turn into films, we could be getting serious fashion overload in the next few years!
We're not entirely sure this look will catch on, but we give Isla points for being damn brave to wear this combo!
Ahh, so many shoes to wear, which ones to choose? We've all been there, but we think Becky Bloomwood takes it to the extreme!
Loving the yellow coat and green bag combo, looks like we have another Sarah Jessica Parker in the making. Just look at the affection she has in her eyes for those Henri Bendel bags!
