Jessica Simpson is going to court over the use of her name and branding rights.
The actress is suing Andrew Kirplani Sports Club Company which uses her name Jessica Simpson.
According to imdb.com Kirplani set up the company and then passed on the rights for $15 million. Simpson sold her name to the company for $10 million to develop a fashion line for kids under Jessica Simpson marketing.
The planned launches include a complete children's fashion label, jewellery, underwear hats and watches.
