Lady Gaga's new jewelled headphones were inspired by the leather jackets she wore growing up.
The 'Poker Face' singer - whose headphones are part of the Beats by Dr. Dre collection from Monster - was speaking at the launch event in Los Angeles, when she said she thought they reflected her personality well.
She said: "I wore studded leather jackets, me and my friends in New York. Lifestyle, grit, passion and love for music, freedom.

"These were the things I thought about when we were designing (the headphones). So they really reflect a headphone that I just think is really great looking and represents who I am."
Lady Gaga - whose real name is Stefani Germanotta - said her new headphones could be bought at Best Buy's new Club Beats department in New York, as well as Amazon for around $100.
The singer recently had a journalist thrown out of the press conference in Berlin, Germany, to promote the new headphones after she "insulted her vagina".
Lady Gaga was furious when a reporter quizzed her on rumours she has both male and female sex organs, so demanded the TV presenter from the channel Viva was escorted out the building.
