Lindsay Lohan has denied claims the recipe for her new fake tan range was stolen.
The 'Mean Girls' actress insists chemist Jennifer Sunday - who claims she came up with the formula for Sevin Nyne, and is suing Lindsay - is looking for a financial windfall.
The 23-year-old star wrote on her Twitter page: "No formula was stolen for Sevin Nyne! It's a woman looking for a payday. That's it!"
When the spray tan was launched earlier this year, Lindsay claimed she had designed it with businesswoman Lorit Simon - who regularly works with celebrities.

However, Jennifer alleges Lorit had signed a confidentiality agreement with her company back in January following negotiations about the mist idea.
Marcia Cohen, Jennifer's lawyer, told America's St Petersburg Times newspaper: "The next thing we know, Lorit Simon and Lindsay Lohan are partnering, and Ms. Lohan is taking credit for developing this formula, which she indeed had no role in."
Jennifer is reportedly suing Lindsay, Lorit and Lorit's company for "breach of contract, theft of trade secrets, civil conspiracy, intentional interference with contractual relations and deceptive and unfair trade practices."
