Fashion Court: Mary Kate Olsen

Mary Kate Olsen is often hailed as a style icon and even has her own fashion label- but what happened when she stepped out in this bizarre outfit last night??

The actress hit the red carpet for a children's chairty party wearing this horrendous baggy multicoloured kimono/tribal tunic complete with head band.

We're suprised Mary-Kate could even manage to walk as the strange dress gathered loosely on the floor around her feet as she headed into the Mandarin Oriental hotel in New York.

The chunky velvet head band and mustard bag she chose as accesories still couldn't attract attention away from the pastel coloured crocheted disaster of an outfit she had picked out.

The child star twin is known for her quirky sense of fashion and was one of the pioneers of the boho look but is this ensemble taking things a little far?
