'Pirates of the Caribbean' actor Orlando Bloom has been named as the new face of Hugo Boss's latest male fragrance Orange.
Orlando Bloom is the new face of Hugo Boss.
The 'Pirates of the Caribbean' actor will front the campaign for the company's latest men's fragrance Orange and Orlando is excited about his new role.
He said: "Boss Orange is a brand I immediately identified with because it has a laid-back, spontaneous quality I relate to."
Sienna Miller is the face of the women's version of the scent, which was launched last year and has become a huge success.
This is not Orlando's first foray into modelling.
In 2007, he appeared on late-night Japanese TV to promote the Uno brand of cosmetics maker Shiseido, with a two-minute Sci-Fi themed commercial to start the product's marketing campaign.
But if the 33-year-old heartthrob does need some advice, he could always ask his new fiancee - Victoria's Secret beauty Miranda Kerr.
The 27-year-old model was recently named as the new face of minimalist German fashion designer Jil Sander.
Speaking of her role, Miranda - who has already made runway appearances for Prada and Balenciaga, taken part in an avant-garde shoot for V Mag and a cover for i-D - said: "It's nice to have variety in my work. I don't ever want to feel pigeon-holed. I still have more coming out this year - a Jil Sander campaign."
